I need help I have two Nokia 3.1 for service but it always stop at REBOOT TO FACTORY MODE.......

i'm checked service operation with ES2-042K-0-00WW-B02.NBx.zip and current Ntool version.

there is no any problem.

perhaps, you did not installed drivers from NTool drivers folder or just not allow phone to reboot into factory mode, wait about 2 minutes and do not touch phone or NTool
