plz guide me with proper file name to flash i have flash file

Please advise me that this file is correct file to flash?

to disable demo mode do following :

go to
Settings > System > About phone > Legal information > HMD Privacy policy
Tap title area of the Privacy Policy page 10 times to trigger the demo mode menu, select item "Disable Demo Mode"
