Por que mi NTOOL no me deja entrar a la Aplicación, Pero si puedo entra al Panel de Control mí dados usuario

HACE DIAS NO ACCEDER AL PROGRAMA YA QUE TENGO 100 CREDITOS QUE NO PUEDO USAR

Because my NTOOL does not allow me to enter the Application, but if I can go to the Control Panel my user dice

the problem is in password or user, just check it that with resseler
