My phone's network must be unlocked by the mycricket app, when I insert a non-cricket simcard ,it didn't show me to ,enter the cod ,but links to the mycricket app to unlock network. I don't have a cricket simcard and cannot unlock my phone's network. I am crying, please help me.

The unlock code didn't work for me. RHD, EAG projects could not be unlocked with unlock codes.
