Separate Credits - GSM-Forum

Hi.

I purchased 200 credits, used 180 and was left with 20. I purchased a further 200 credits, but was sent a new username and password, so now I have 20 credits on one account and 200 on another. How do I combine the two, and how do I make sure future credit purchases all go on the same account?

you can not add credits to existing account or transfer credits.

I use NTool only to calculate codes for Nokia HMD, so at 30 credits each, I will always be left with 20 credits I cannot use when I buy 200 credits, surely that can't be right? Why can't new credit purchases be added to an existing account? Why must you create a new account each time?

Thank you for providing clarification for potential future customers that you don't get to use all of the credits you pay for

what prevents you from using remaining 20 credits ?
you can :

- service any HMD phone and generate bootloader signature
- flash two HMD phones
- service two HMD phones

thus you can use all credits you paid for.
