When i try to power on phone auto go in recovery mode without press any button and i have account of ntool but it is not connecting . is edl cable or testpoint need to connect?

make sure drivers are installed.
start operation, connect phone to PC, then hard reset phone ( volume up + power button for 15 seconds )

i did try to connect but its not connecting and phone always go to recovery mode with single power button . will it solve if flash will complete .

did you tried to select "reboot to bootloader" in recovery menu ?

no i did not and customer take back the phone.
