NTool server working okay
100% - you using wrong password and server blocked your IP after few wrong login attempts.

wait 30 minutes, use proper password and all will be fine.

note, that if you generated new password, you need to use new password.

new password written automatically in ini file and could be found in session logs.

I continue with the problem, now I buy another license and it marks me the same error. Can somebody help me?

The problem is that even with a new account that buys I still have the same error does not work. my pc is already cleaned and still with the same error

wait 30 minuites, IP ban will be lifted, only then try with valid username/password

also, show me your username, so i'll check and tell you exactly if you ever changed password or someone sold you account with changed password
