I can not register GRT Dongle Web & LG program does not start in Win 10 - GSM-Forum

Hi, please, I already have the Serial GRT Dongle number (subscription in Infinity Dongle) but I can not register on your Web, the problem is that when you finish the Registry on your Web page, you DO NOT complete the record indicating that the "Serial Invalid" and I can not Log. I followed all the installation rules described here. How long should I wait for it to be enabled please ?

Second problem: the programs work well, LESS the "Grt Dongle Lg Tool V.1.0.0.0" that does not start. (Start with administrator rights) on my Windows 10 64bit, the rest of the programs work normally, "Grt Dongle Hardware Tool 1.0.0.2" and "Dongle Qualcomm Tool 1.0.0.3". Any solution?

The Second Problem was solved!

If it does not start in Windows 10 64bit. They must exclude the executable "Grt Dongle Lg Tool V.1.0.0.0" from the Prevention of data execution of Windows 10.

Fix the Link (join separations) so you can see the image
