Problems registering on the grt dongle website

Hi, I have problems to register on the grt dongle page, once I read the serial with update grt dongle it gives me the s / n I followed all the steps as you have commented many times or in the video of Mr. Pro Bangla, but at the time to register on your website grt dongle says serial invalid, I do not know if I have to wait for you to activate on your server or how you do it, the question is that you will not let me register, thank you very much I await your response.
