Please check windows OS (eg. do full update by using windows update function), as we checked with 100+ customers whom also use win 7 but don't have the issue you reported , thanks

i don't think we had bad support on this forum , if other user have same issue they will post here too.

Anyway , did you checked on other computer ?

I have the same problem in windows 7 32 bit 3.2 does not open the sof 3.1 works fine

Problem is your pc. kkkkkk Bad support.

They don't even try to check for errors.
