Oppo A12 CPH2083 Password Problem. [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Oppo A12 CPH2083 phone in hands for password problem.Please tell me, Is this model supports Password unlock?I was downloaded the latest exe and connect the phone to pc and it was connected and boot after disconnected.But when I was try to format the phone it was not format the phone.Please tell me the process of the security code reset.Thank you.
