Need assistance on adding funds please

I've sent payment as paypal gift and sent email to [email protected] on Saturday, Sept 21, so far no reply yet, and funds still $0.

I've also emailed to auto add funds...

This is my first transaction... would like to make it another unlock server that I could use regularly.

Also I've sent 14.5 as gift and only see 13, didn't know paypal charged for that.
