How to differentiate iPhone/iPad 32-bit, 64-bit, and PCIE HDD?

The “Bit” of CPU is the amount of information that can be processed at one time. 1 Byte equals 8 bits. A 32-bit processor can process 4 Bytes of information each time; while a 64-bit processor can process 8 Bytes of information each time, twice as fast as a 32-bit processor.
PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) is a high-speed serial computer expansion bus standard that’s maintained and developed by the PCI-SIG. PCI Express protocol can be used as data interface to flash memory devices, such as memory cards and solid-state drives (SSDs). Many high-performance, enterprise-class SSDs utilize PCIe to allow much higher transfer rates and IOPs.
