Short Story:
This Guy Made About 14 Payments First Payment 19/02/2015, Once he made Payment we asked some verifications and he have send us id card picture of his girl friend, (according to him he used his Girl friend account bla bla) once we match this id photo and found that this is correct according to the PayPal record that's why we enable auto recharge on his account,
once this guy used our services after that start to made PayPal Disputes/Charge Back, till this time he have charge-back/dispute two transactions and hopefully will continue this scam attempt for all transactions,
