I say he's a thief i was contacting him for a year or more,I noticed he lies,i was careful not to send him any money,because paypal don't guaranty virtual products such as softwares... here's an example for chat just from yesterday,he said the account takes 15days to be activated and few minutes later he said he has accounts each week !! :
