As I can see there is no willing from AdvanceUnlock side to solve the issues in this thread.
I remember the website management that this forum is against the no refund policy as hijacking the customers money offering services not available can be intended as a fraud.
The timeline remains and expires at midnight GMT: if the refunds won't be done the users AdvanceUnlock and AdvanceSupport will be banned and listed as cheaters.
Nothing more to add in this thread.

They won't refund you as they shield themselves behind their policy (they sell credits, not services).
Is like you get in a petrol station to fill your car tank and after you paid at the entrance they tell you there is no petrol available but you can use the money you paid for motor oil or diesel... no more to add.

I have same problem. I paid 150 usd in september. I put an iphone 2 times for icloud remove and nothing. site was down, in maintenance etc. Now is on but not icloud service on it. I request to refund my money and they deleted my account.

Just to let everyone know, their excuse is that we buy credits in all the services I tried to do, just to spend my credit was not done. And so it goes apologizing and more people are sending money to him.
