after confimation he open paypal dispute i have contacted supplier and we have succefully canceled 4 imei and 4 imei done

and i have all proof transaction and order and mail descussion

2. I and my customers waiting till 11pm 02 Sep. 2014 France local time (Chine local time 5am in the morning, we did NOT sleep whole night!!!), the 4 phones were NOT unlocked, so those 4 phones must be unlocked after 11pm 02 Sep. 2014 France local time.

3. my customers took all the phones back. I paid you $1120+$60=$1180, but because i did not unlock phones before the deadline time for them, they paid me nothing!!!

so whats your solution for my problem, the problem caused by your side, you simply can NOT keep your promises!!!

don't search exuse for lie i haven't modified any conversation and i have removed your icloud less than three days and haven't delayed any more

I can't take any action as the issue is still in the hands of paypal.
once the issue is closed by them, depending who will be the winner must be done the payment or the refund for 4 imeis.
Waiting for news about the paypal claim.

if you take a close look of the conversation email, and take a extra look of the time stamps, you will find out, this Zini guy is a guy only doing willing&dealing in the forum with nothing in hand.

he broken his promises more than 3 times and also his source in Pakistan also called him scammer.

he even tried to lure me to lift the dispute so he can get $1200 from his Pakistan source.

the problem is, yes, the Zine cheater he did 4 IMEIs through his Pakistan source, but it was a slow service and did NOT meet my deadline.

and now the Zine cheater/scammer tried to confuse other people by simply claiming he did the job, yes, you did the job but it was NOT the timing service I required in the first place!!!

in the very beginning, i told the Zine cheater, i need 24 hours service and offered him the oppotunities to cancel my order as I found he had troubles to complete my job later on. but he simply keep lying and giving empty promises to me.

so its the time for your Zine cheater to take the consequences of being a cheater/liar!!!

but paypal have closed dispute and he recover his money i need to take action about this guy because 4 imei done in time given
