Just contact paypal and tell them to refund the customers if you can't do it in auto. For sure the users can't accept to have their money locked duriing the paypal review process which can take up to 6 months as you well know.

Also to add my bit here. Got 2 orders for iCloud on ************* website, pending since early December. If you cannot process them please refund now. Customers are (rightfully) demanding refunds, since it's already past promised due date (1-3 weeks).

Also, no response on email and skype. Please contact me here or email with a solution to this debacle. Refund or process orders now.

We are not here to discuss if your solution works or doesn't: the users want their money back so now the question is only one:
are you able to refund them or not? if not let me know so I can procede as due
I'm sorry but your paypal issues can't be covered by the users and anyway once solved would be to late to make the refund on anything else.
The users who are still in time should start to open a claim on paypal so they will get anyway their money back (Specify the service requested wasn't ever delivered, was anyway a time sensitive service and the supplier didn't deliver the service cos of his paypal limitations): this hopefully if the payment not been done as gift.
All the other who paid by credit card can open a chargeback procedure.

I received refund for 3 cases. But for 2 cases, PayPal said they cannot refund as buyer protection isn't covering electronically delivered goods!!

I re-appealed the case and sent PayPal a big message explaining everything properly!

Please help me win this and PLEASE BLOCK Diamant as he isnt replying or sending the refund himself
