Gsm business has been getting harder and margin is getting thinner, this usd600+ seems to be not much, but seller need to sell many box and bear much risk to earn it, it is hard money , so it is fair thoose should pay must pay it, even he has difficulty, 6 months already a very long time which seller has done the best to help him. I believe, most of us would like a win win situation, to post here is only being the last resource. So thoose being posted here must be really have problem, we should be awared and careful when need to deal with such a person. (note : i speak it from my own issue as i have one person owe me 750 euro for more than 2 months, i give him a dead line and hope i no need to post him here as it will eventually becomes a lose lose situation if i post here) |

| after reading thread i come to one conlusion, Mr. year and LockUnlock are both lil bit confused. 1) Year don't want to send back boxes until Mr. Rawal pay the Amount(he think after sending boxes he will not pay) 2) Mr. Rawal don't want to pay untill Mr. Year send back the boxes(he think after paying money he will not send boxes). now if the said amount by Mr. Year is after dedcuting the price cost of boxes then Mr. Rawal need to pay 6xx+the price of 8boxes shipped back, but as Mr. Year said only 6xx+ usd so it means only problem is trusting eachother , i don't understand they are doing business together for 4years and suddenly this happend just because of 6xx+usd. i prefer to Mr. Year send the boxes and then demand the money and if he not pay then u call him cheater right now u don't have right to call him cheater because all boxes except 2 boxes are with u and ur claiming 6xx+usd when the boxes are with u not with Mr. Rawal. so you have now u don't want to do credit business u want to do at cash. but in my opinion you are the one trying to cheat not cheated but trying to cheat, there is possibility on you. Thats my personal opinion i never did business with LOCKUNLOCK nor with Mr. Year Take Care ENJOY |
