Bro, seems like you have cheated yourself, because looking at DoulCi Tweeter (https://twitter.com/doulciteam) it's not their homepage.
They use doulcitool.com now, also I don't keep tabs on it, but they seemed to be kind of dead lately.

yeap they make everythings look legit. cause i have been ordering the unlock from they, but they did not did the job. after you paid, they will blocked you from their fb page, their fb page is filtered. if you post the word scam on their page, it will auto blocked you. Anyway, page that ive successfully unlock my device was paidlock and aunlock. but they had a very slow server.
