I send you multiples messages on Skype/what'sApp and you ignore all of them.

I have 450 USD credits on your server and I want to use them but your server services is DOWN....

Please REPLY my email or I will start spread the words.

Don't behave like this please, I don't want to play this game...

Since we don't have any messenger supports anyway, please use our direct Contact URL (recommend) or report here.

Note: This is not our resolution center even we have no more interested to co-operate any issues in the feedback area due to many of brokers, spammers in this forum and making abusing. You also NEVER replied my request sent via contact form on your website, NEVER. Never got any notification stating that the request is being dealt with.

I have proof that we were having messenger contact untill 12-12-2018.
I do received all server emails and this is not a spam issue, please...

On all email I sent to "Email Support: [email protected]" I never got answer or i get answer asking me to fill the contact form...

Now, curiously, you just blocked my account!!! Just as you did for AnonDZ... How is that respectful?

Please ANSWER the questions:

1- why all your SERVER service are DOWN since 2 months?
2- how can we spend credit if we can't order on your web and not via messenger nor email?
3- when do you plan to resume server services for wholesalers?
4- why did you block my account today?

We did not lock your account, please don't turn into another. Yesterday, we have enabled the extra security layer for On Country Mismatch. Which means any users can log in from xx to xx country (Same country).

As I can see you are tried to log in Login from Spain(ES) 31.148.xxx.xxx cause locked. Also note: Any users can/got blocked himself if he tried from a different country than his profile country and if 20 times login attempts failed with correct credentials as we have set the value of Maximum Login Failed Attempt 20. Anyway, your account just unblocked now.

Make sure, you can't log in from another county's IP. If you are moved to another country or wanna use from another country, you need an appeal to change your account country (Further verification may be required).

As per review, as I can see you have signup with Country: Poland and your account Country: Gibraltar and you are trying from Spain. What happening and what we should assist you more, please? As already provided the instructions and you need to do as provided on #6.
