Simply not just me but all in this forum knows this. Plus Paypal does not refund for Services / digital signed products etc.. and iphone unlocks 1000000000% not covered by paypal https://www.paypal.com/jo/webapps/mp...locale.x=gb_jo 7.3 Ineligible Items.
