Ordered a Micro-Box from these people and they claimed they would ship it overnight. Never received and they will not refund my payment!

Have called and spoke to them several times and they just don't care. Instead of posting some stupid reply on the dispute, they should have just refunded my money.

I'm sure he is not cheater, i know him since 2004,maybe he on vacation or busy something.I will try to help you out in this case

We are in this business over 9 years. There is no cheater can stand such long. This customer already got refunded by us (not refunded by Paypal's claim). We were out of stock and agreed to give him/her refund. But customer looked like over react and file claim at the same day. So we just let him/her know which way to have refund was faster. Even Paypal claim will allow us 14 days to solve the issue. Finally we sent him the refund few days later.

Do not do business with the scammers at Gounlock.com, they send me a defective part and used my Federal Express account without my consent. After agreeing to replace the part they had sent me, this people changed their minds and send me the deffective part claiming that it was not theirs. Unbelievable, never do business with this people please. Deceptive business practices!!!
