its already been spoken for him , 1-2 week ago , he has been listed as cheater,
many users having this problem , he won't respond anything you do , and he also read all this but won't replay , forget about all what you have deal with him its hopeless

but after a while ,

I think something is bad with him , i am not Sure if his source of icloud unlock cheated him by taking his money like prepay and goes away , maybe this action pushed to don't refund other users, Or Maybe can Be reverse !

I feel very Sorry for Him, anytime bro you can tell us the secrets behind this
