This Feature is important to add, on Famous team software. but not available
- Read Firmware with drop down menu
* (Full DUMP)
* (Without Userdata)
- Backup Important Partition (Usefull for change eMMC)

but you can use READ PARTITIONS instead, and uncheck user data, then it will create scatter automatically

Read my answer. Use backup partitions button and select partitions you need to dump.
