problem solved by updating the anti-virus program version this could help guys

Please uninstall Flexihub (EUsbHubFilter)

Find name driver error (C:\Windows\System32\drivers - Delete or move Desktop)

Open Registry Editor - the above instricHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet \Control\Class\{36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000} delete UpperFilters

i have followed above intrusions but still im getting the same error please advice
