when contacted multiple times says that his paypal has no money cant refund.

after seeing this he has gone to his server news section and updated a news of previous date saying server close, but before 1 hour the news was different these things clearly shows that he is trying to cheat and run away with the money.

Closing the server doesn't mean he is authorized anyway to run with the users credits: we have a similar sample in the market feedback where the users been listed as cheater for doing it.
This will only push more users in merging this thread once they will belive they lost their money.

1. i was never interested to use your server, last year september u came and begged then i bought credits which are unused till now about 295 credits.
2. you could not deliver sl3 jobs past 7 - 8 days your server shows fake time.
3. i contacted you on email you dint reply
4. on skype not online
5. i was calling you no reply
6. when u cant deliver 1 file on 27 march till the 3rd of april you say me when u have bulk files i will do for you.

i must buy credits because u begged me to use ur server, then you will fail to deliver codes, then when i ask u refund refund me in my bank or paypal, dont say me take bitcoin, i can take ur bitcoin to resell to my friend for money in my bank at 400$ i told you, else i dont care just sell it at 450$ or 500$ or anything to someone else and refund my money its simple.

all this u cant do, u will stop replying and threaten me that you will not refund and that you will not pay me if i post on forum. learn to do business properly if any customer is not happy then just refund him when he asks to refund the unused credits because you cant deliver on time neither do i trust you that in future when i give you bulk you will run away without delivering its a waste of my time.

so just refund me on my paypal as i paid u gift with all the fees paid or on my bank, yes even u cried that u dont have funds in your paypal, i will give u a vietnameese bank to deposit money into it being in vietnam its easy for u, bitcoin i do not accept.

the price keeps changing and i cant take it as in the ltp exactly because i paid you via paypal and not bitcoins, i know u made a lot of ltc mining with your server showing fake time to customer and mining ltc with your machines keeping files on hold then saying server closed like a cheater updating the old news.
i had a friend buying at 400$ yesterday to transfer cash in my bank. now neither i want that method.

and yeah one small advice, remove your status on skype sl3 averages 17 mins and also on your forum you have written Location: SL3 averages 17min/code

pls change it to 8 days / code
