about octopus fake solution killed my 3p

the team is always providing fake solutions fake posts

i sended many time the bug report in samsung, and still have many fault is this team,

and last time i have issue in huawei model, so i contact with them on skype and i do as they said, in last they killed my 2p huawei and said we,ll buy from you, but i said it,s not good in front of me, so i said you guys try to find solution i,ll give you the time but i,ll msg to you daily just for reminding,

after that its take month, but no solution, i mange another 1 device to make backup, but as you all know for make backup you must be rooted, so i flash board rom without nvme and oeminfo but still device lose imei partition etc, just becoz of the cheap devs,

now i request to team to manage 1 device and root it and i,ll make backup and my problem will be solve,

note, 1>>last time team said they have the same mode,
2nd >> they said we,ll buy 2p device from you last time,

now i,m not asking for money back etc, i just said to make backup for me and i,ll be done,
remember i done all steps as the team said, that,s why i,m not responsibel for all theres things,

and i have fully chat with screen shots, if anyone need then i,ll provide,


and all of you know octopus is week in everything like samsung lg huawei etc.

Its enough for a team to be genuine when they accept their shortcomings and agree to compensate, in your case they agreed to buy these phone where as most other teams wouldn't.

I had virtually no problems in practice. The support they have is very good and explains everything clearly. It seems to me that you simply do not know how to use the program, you ignore what is written in it.

for those who said octo is best team,
1st octopus team is good, peoples is good, but not have experience like z3x, chimera, sigma,

ok let me explain about it little,

*octopus have imei repair for all latest models, almost, like A or M series etc, like A105 M105 etc, BUT,
you can only repair imei in stock modem, not support combination or eng modem,
according to team its support eng modem but you can check its not support,

and other teams like z3x chimera can support, its a big advantage for us,
if you can have patch modem or eng modem then your success chance become 95%.

if device have latest security then patch modem or eng modem then repair imei via chimera or z3x but octopus not have,

so its mean you always need old security with stock modem,
ok now you have old security and you successfully repair imei and patch then its still showing NG, you need to wait 1 minte after that you need to insert sim so it,ll detect sim, if you rebooted device with sim then its still NG even after 1 hour,

REMEMBER I TOLD TO TEAM ABOUT THIS , AND ALSO I TOLD TO ADD AIRPLANE MODE SCRIPT LIKE CHIMERA AND YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVE,

so you can see in latest update they mention he added script but last time i test and make thread with full log, still they fail in this,

they even don,t have dual imei repair option like z3x chimera same time, even they don,t have 2nd imei repair option, they add in this recently update 2.8.4.2

could you explain what are you doing when the phone died?

but in my years of experience with octopus, i only killed 1 phone and that is the old LG slide and it was because of unlocking. i forgot the model but octopus flashed something so it died. i revived it by jtag 2 years later when i bought medusa.

the only problem i have now on octopus is that they want you to buy credits in order to repair imei even on old phones. though it does not consume credits, but they want you to have credits that for me is suppose to be not necessary.

in huawei, haven't used octopus frp or anything octopus. i use sigmakey or other tools.

i use octopus mainly in lg and samsung only.

in samsung, you have to be careful on what they tell like downgrade eng modem or eng boot. specially in new samsung phones.

Coz i done as team said to me, in the end team said they will buy devices from me, but i said its not good thing, I'll give you time plz find out the solution, but I'll send to daily msg just for reminding, team done this with me,

And after that, after few time i founded solution to make backup from another device and write to my device, that's the last hope, so this time for downgrade i writed board firmware without oeminfo and nvme,
And when the device was booted there's still imei etc lose,
Its mean the this box killed my 3rd device,

Remember in 1st time team said write full board firmware,
But after that i searched that we don't need to flash nvme & oeminfo , so i did but the prob was in box,
When i try to contact him again then they even don't response,
I just said you can mange 1 device for me and make backup for me and my all device's will be ok again,
But they rejected even they have ok device ,
Now they added secure option to write board but i still not believe on them,

That's why i hate coz they have no experience like other teams,
Not in huawei and samsung also, for example see this my newest thread, other people's also have the same problem

Octopus is the best box in the market for many, many years. I repaired 1000's of phones with this box. 5+ years using every day.

The problem 10000000% is you don't know how to use the tool/read instructions. Sometimes a newer security firmware, etc... old solution does not work and can brick your phone. It happens to everyone sometimes. Nothing is guaranteed, this is a tool to do the job easier, nothing more, nothing less.

Nobody is going to compensate you because you bricked your phone. Everyone bricks phone/loses IMEI sometimes.

Octopus is one of the best box but not all users may understand how the process works , it may seems to be difficult but its a learning experience for me

When you have been in the trade long enough you will realize that you will continue to pay school fees.
A bricked phone now and again is annoying yes, but that's the gsm trade. accept it or find some other kind of work that does'nt involve R&D

Octopus box is very nice box
But support is very slow response .
A lot of phone I repaired with this box.
