Samsung ww usually 1 to 7 business days and can have delays. Not a great server. With unlockking, usually if you send them an email directly they will help you. Not tickets or forum post

I was told unlocking done last week now I get no reply...customer thinking I am a scam...not good

You have to prepare your customers better. Let them know that anything can happen at any time. That is the price for circumventing carriers. In any case, emailing them directly may get a response.
