ADMIN & MOD Please tell me if it is BAD to complain to Box company?

Hello Admin & moderator, kindly let me know if it is bad doing thread about complaining about SLOW updates ( this is for AXEBOX )

If it is really bad then most of people here will have no rights to complain for their beloved company owned unlocking box... since we are the consumers we suppose to have the rights to complain and to know if this company will continue support us in the long run too.

Since I had an argument with AXEBOX owner ( name AXEBOX ) he saying that he will ask admin & mods to ban me because of my complain? on their AXEBOX SECTION.

If he send you PM about our conversation, please review carefully and let me know or send me a copy of PM of our conversation because I do posses all the copy of our conversation PM ( UN - CUT ) since he keeps on deleting my post/ thread on their section for other users not to see my complain... I do not know if you can still recover it since your administrator from this forum.

I just want to have a fair and honest judgment from this forum owner not just to look at the AXEBOX ( project manager sides confession only ) will want my user to be ban in this forum. If I really did a bad thing then YOU CAN BAN ME FOR LIFE... AND I WILL NOT COMPLAIN AT ALL, THANK YOU

As you can see some our Argument that today's happened that he even say the " ***ing your mind " first!
