To admins and moderators - cheaters list - GSM-Forum

Hi
This massage is for admins and moderators.
I think that cheating on net is very big problem this days.
Why dont make list of 100% prooved cheaters and his personals data and put to be always on top of cheaters section as special announcment.
I dont mean in this that put someone emidiatly on list when someone alse say that he is cheater - its must be prooved .
It will be warning to members to not loose his monay and it will be good motivation to all sellers and on-line shops to be honest and not cheat anybody.
I think that many members will agree with me.
