Some times verification as known some time til we send the Gsx report to the supplier and til we get confirmation to refund from the supplier of service. This is not only one case on sprint and Roger service it's globally issue on those 2 services, and we are trying our best always to clear and fix this issues fast always but it takes extra time some times.
