I make some services for motorola imei / unlock from @Ahmed Zitoon and now ome of this phones get blocked/blacklisted on my country because imei are clonned/duplicated, im asked to Ahmed for warranty from his side because imei has done (generated) by him, but hi simply say now that has no warrantys and are not his problem and ignored me. after various try to get his help and no reply.But when i paid for the services , he never say to me that , i will no have warranty about service and he never say to me that imei will be reused and duplicated in any time, he say now that imei are generated ramdomly and dont offer any solution. He offer his service as 100% free and clean.
I never will take one service whitout warrantys and loose my money.
I need help to get warranty about this work or my money back.

The problem is that in Colombia the issue of imeis is very delicate, it has happened to me that if the client changes simcard they must re-register it, if they do not report it in duplicate, so it is advisable to leave the guarantee clear before working with Someone, that is why there are iphones also reported in duplicate, it is not always because someone cloned the imei, they are the platforms of Colombia that have many failures, I have worked with Ahmed and I know that he is a serious person but this issue of imeis and the guarantee of must have spoken before, it is better to generate the imeis oneself so as not to have this kind of problems ....

But I'm asked him about custom imei and his reply are that can't be used , only random imei can be obtained, but he say that are 100% ok , but that not true

unfortunately the lack of knowledge on the part of the two was the error, for near opportunities, Colombia does not work random imei does not work, money and time will be lost, you can only work in Colombia with personalized imeis, that are homologated, that correspond the model of the equipment and that they are not registered in databases yet.

same problem for CPID, need homologate imei and some models cant write custome imei, only random...so him no need make refund or give warranty
