We are here to request some advice and help from all gsm workers.


Dear Madam or Sir,

We have already contact many times with GsmServer Online Store and local post France and Sweden Post concerning our package not received (Order details, 1450250553 Original number:RE802429165SE Local number:7T00198233334) but the reply was negative, unfortunately they cannot do anything in this case. All of them shirk their responsibility.

So we have no choice to post new thread here directly, we hope you can understand our frustration, as customers, we paid but did not receive the goods. It’s not our fault. And we wasted an uncalculated time!

Also hope that our experience will help you in the future. Many times you choose a trusted product or a trusted seller, but the result leaves you with no confidence.

Please see all the attached documents. We can provide all further documents. Ex chat msg/ call recording/…

And the equipment we ordered some have SN, you can track them and lock them, these are the evidences we did not receive the goods.

It is true, it is the sole responsibility of the sender to ensure the goods arrive with the customer. You can't expect the customer to take any responsibility for the goods until they have arrived with them and have been signed for.

Thank you for your reply, We have been very tired, they are shirking their responsibility, in theory, the seller must deal with this situation, as a buyer, we really helpless, too tired, We are very disappointed.

c'est bizarre je commande depuis 2013 chez eux jamais eu aucun pb .... en esperant qu'ils vont regler ton probleme a l'amiable

Merci pour votre réponse, bonne chance n'est pas pour tout le monde, ni tout temps. Comme ça arrive pour moi. Je suis très déçu par l'attitude de Gsmserver. Même si je suis son client depuis quelques années aussi.
