allgsm unlock server very bad support !!!!!! - GSM-Forum

the story start when i got many wrong code's and every time i ask to refund they respond waiting for supplier review i send 2 sony ericsson to unlock by network code i got 2 wrong codes they told me u must send by world wide unlock i sent it again and again i got wrong code's i told him and again again waiting for supplier to review and this from 2 month's
i post 2 thread also but they delete it
for me this is the end with allgsm unlock server and i want him refund my credit

Hi man,
also have a SE x10 wrong code and i am waiting allgsm reply. I am waiting since i never had problem with them and have been always refunded when got wrong codes. Hope they can solve your issue.

but problem start with x10 and they begin ignore the customer

also got code but from other code provider which dont work, but it is not wrong code, somebody used up all tries so no code work anymore.

the device's was new from the box and this 2 device's not 1 and it happened with many person not only me i think there's some thing wrong with x10

For refund the credit for an wrong code you must respect an special procedure.
The procedure is very good explained in the special section of this forum at this link:

I have this problem few times i do what this procedure say and i receive my credits back.
Of course they have to check if what we say is real and we dont want credits back over an over when the code is ok.
I use this service from some time and i have no problem.
And you must be very carefull when you start a job to dont make any mistake regarding IMEI,phone model,provider.

i think u didn't read what i write
i use all gsm unlock server from then year and i already sent in the section of wrong code's with all steps and they not refund without at lest answer
every time they told me waiting for supplier and this not my problem this problem between all gsm and supplier
i already sent the video with all details why they not refund from 5 month's

Seems i dont read very good what you write in your post,and i try to help other guys who post here after you.
I read it better after a write my post but i cant make any changes in mine post because was to late.
That is not so important.
Important is to receive back your credits if they really was wrong.
