IS Almoudamer Cheater???? - GSM-Forum

HI All

I ordered lucker and evolver from almoudamer since 15 days and i didn't receive it yet almoudamer said he sent it from 2 weeks, but not received anything till now is he a cheater or trusted???

U can get the Tracking No. and check the status online bro... maybe it got stuck in Customs in ur country..tracking No. will tell u exact status before u blame anyone try to find out exact parcel status !!

Almoudamer is trustable...

It must be some other problem like shipping delay, but i am sure you will receive your goods..

Nonsence. Almoudamer is more than trustable, he is serious reseller.
I think your problem comes from slow post office, or whatever you choosed for delivery.

Almoudamer is trustable and nice person.
we have been friend for almost 2 years and we have dealt several times.
he is not only trustable, he is also a nice person and good friend.
always talk heartfelt and no time he lies like some other seller.
The problem is EMS (Emergency Mail Server) do not process customs documents like other Couriers (DHL or TNT .etc) so you should care for customs problems yourself if you receive package via EMS.

when a package hold on your country's customs department, EMS send a letter to prompt your package was hold on customs and you should process customs documents to be able to receive your package.
for some reason it may not be possible they deliver reminder letter (e.g if you are not at the provided address when delivery attempt occur).
so you will never know package was hold on customs office.

what we recommend you is to contact the company that is agent of EMS service in your country.
(in many country official postal service is responsible but in some countries agents may be a private company (some counties in Europe TNT provide EMS service).

Just provide them EMS number and they will able to check status of your shipment.
after you process required documents (will take less than 20 minutes) you can return home with the package between your arms...

It will be wrong to call Almoudamer Cheater for customs problems.

We recommend you to use another courier like TNT, DHL, FedEX ..etc may be shipment cost will be higher a few bucks more but they will save your time and avoid headaches...
