With regards to the support. if you read in the correct section, you will find you are required to apply on the website for your log in details, NOT by email. |

When you want the Login for my Supporting Site, I told you that you contact Best and Cheap to get it (I have created different accounts for each re-sellers) Best and Cheap has already got the Login ID, you should ask him directly since the box you said you bought from him, only he can ' identify ' your UFS Box was from him !! If he rejected to give you the Login you should post here he is the Liar ? not Mr. Cables, Right ? Then I can do ' something ' on his Login account... @gdgsm (Mr. Song) May be you are not understanding the role of the ' Manufacturer ' Distributor ', ' Reseller' & ' Retailer ' Each person should have their responsiblities for the support, of course I take care of all my customers. There are too many people selling cloned device and said it was coming from Mr. Cables .... bla.. bla.. At least, I need to proof something before I reply to someone! Cables |
