Hello everyone.
I recently ordered 16 ATT USA iPhone 5 unlocking service from this guy: Prakash Gohil (India)

I paid USD 44.10 per imei (42+5% PayPal fee)

Of the 16 I paid for, only 5 were unlocked. 11 were rejected as he said they ran out of time and need few more days. The service was for a 7-12 day unlock.

So I asked him to process again ONLY if he can finish it in next 2-3 days. If he cannot, I asked him to refund.
Next day morning he replied saying he processed again. So to confirm, I asked if it will be ready in next 2-3 days. He said minimum 7 days! Already 12 days have passed and customers are getting irritated. I already refunded 2 customers hoping they will pay me after I unlock it through this guy.

Since he was asking at least 7 more days I asked him to refund. He said he doesn't have PayPal funds as he withdrew to his bank already.

I opened a case against him on PayPal asking for the refund of 11 imei credits at USD 485.10

I hope I will win the case.

ALL BEWARE OF THIS GUY. if you pay him, he takes the money out asap and to get a refund is very difficult.

I saw his advertisement on the main sales section and contacted him. But now the advertisement is removed. I cannot find it. Looks like I got ripped off by another bad guy.
I didn't want to complain as he unlocked few imei. But when he said he cant refund I thought I had to warn everyone to avoid them also getting trapped like me.

I am very sorry to hear this.

I am also a victim and lost out approx $2000 to him, he is a thief !!

Today I receoved an email from PayPal.
They told me they decided in HIS favor!
So I do not get my money back!!

So much for trusting them to ensure our payments are safe if we do not receive what we paid for...!

I have requested help from ICCC (worldwide anti-fraud agency) and also my local law authorities AGAINST both, PayPal and the Prakash (the cheater)

PayPal seems to be supporting fraudsters, as they decided in his favor AFTER I explained in detail what happened and was ready to show proof of everything!

Lets see if I can get help from worldwide authorities.
