Be aware of doing business with GSMOK
 

To all members of the community:

We, GsmServer Team dealt with GSMOK company (http://www.gsmok.pl ) for a long period of time and we experienced good business relations until last spring. At that time this team stopped payments that were due, promising to clear it and eventually ignoring all our attempts to resolve the problem issue in a decent manner.

We were patient, but it is a time when we are forced to give publicity to this case.

So we have to warn all of our friends, customers, suppliers and partners:

• To all respectable partners, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors.
Be aware of doing business with GSMOK company. They are not honest financially and do not honor their commitments. Avoid doing business with them as it is high risk endeavour.

• To all respectable current and potential customers of GSMOK company.
This supplier is not trustworthy and at risk to have no support from their suppliers. It means that the products you purchase from this company may eventually be blocked or go without ANY support.

Should the situation change we will inform the community.

was dealing with maciej but no reply from last 3 months and still payments are not cleared



so i also warn others , please beware DO NOT TRUST GSMOK

Lucky me, i deal only with money in advance.
We had some deals in past, always was ok.

Under current financial situation in EU, may be he have some difficulties,
i hope you both can solve it with him, specially Mr. Siroya who also have
now difficulties on sales his "recycled bin". No hard feeling ;)

I understand your anger and dissapoitment but you know that GSMOK was resseller and sold some boxes to other resseller.
I dont know if you understand that some clients of trustable ressellers having problems now.

We bought some boxes from him IT WAS FULLY paid and now customers report us problems, what should we do now?

This is the screenshot from your page (smart-clip.com). As you can see GSMOK is still there and states as trustable resseller above Multi-com and Polphone. Same situation was in 2008 when I bought clips from them. There is also your statement which is quite important for this case now:

Let`s say I will go to polphone or multicom page and purchase from them - how can I be sure you are not going to lock the clips in few months?
Resseller status and input in your official page should GIVE ME 100% trust.

Please understand that by locking Smart-clips from GSMOK you are becoming NOT TRUSTABLE just like we (end ressellers) who trusted in input at your page.

I hope you can fix that issue.
P.S. Of corse I was contacting with Maciej from GSMOK and he dont reply to me in this case but I think it`s not suprise...

unfortunately, we have the same problem with GSMOK as well and has not been cleared for a long time.

but now after this thread i'm confused .

the last week i send him email and he dont answer my mail .

very sad News .

it really bad to hear so many suppliers be cheated by this team!!!

i also be cheated by this team, my last order send to him on April 28th 2009,

still not paid, no matter u send email, send messager by msn,icq ect. just no

answer!!!!

I get also problem with tha compagny don t pay to a distributor micro-box

i want advertise to all customers to no buy any device from them

sorry to ear that from gsmok, made some business with them and all went fine, but for now on i will not buy nothing from them.. I hope they pay their debts to suppliers, this situation is not good for their reputation and very bad for suppliers pockets.

PS: Today I received an email from gsmok with a list of products available for delivery, if you want you can give you the sender of the email, if you think that will help in any way

Will you respond to my arguments?

From the moment you choose one or another reseller you enter with him in economic relations. You get a better price for the product, faster and cheaper delivery, as well as appropriate aftersale support.
Once, a seller discredited himself as a client of gsmserver, he violated our agreements with him, thus invalidated all liabilities assumed by us to him. He lost the support from our side, until he solves the issue that arose.
Yet your relationship is unabated with him. Therefore, you can and even must direct to him all claims, and demand his appropriate action.

Yes, maybe for me it does matter which distributor I choose but for end customer it should not be any argument.
He is buying the product by your resseller (trusted resseller which was on your page)

Thus end customer should not be the one who suffer becouse you have bad finance relationship with your resseller.
You should be trustable for end customer and fight with your ressellers using different method then LOCKING boxes.

:) This way is easy to sell things at low low price, is always money in return, as long as don´t pay the suppliers. But suppliers could also release a bit and do not force sometimes minimum of qtys to xx price, nowadays the world is not like it was before, there are more dificulties and economy is always in rush in some places. So suppliers should think a litlle more in reality of nowadays. And review resellers status.:rolleyes:

BTW i hope you guys solve this matter with no further problems.

I now, what feel GSMserver Team. I was partner of GSMOK, i bought some boxes at him. But when they sold me cracked pkey, i was ending our friendship relation.
