At that time this team stopped payments that were due, promising to clear it and eventually ignoring all our attempts to resolve the problem issue in a decent manner. We were patient, but it is a time when we are forced to give publicity to this case. So we have to warn all of our friends, customers, suppliers and partners: • To all respectable partners, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors. Be aware of doing business with GSMOK company. They are not honest financially and do not honor their commitments. Avoid doing business with them as it is high risk endeavour. • To all respectable current and potential customers of GSMOK company. This supplier is not trustworthy and at risk to have no support from their suppliers. It means that the products you purchase from this company may eventually be blocked or go without ANY support. I dont know if you understand that some clients of trustable ressellers having problems now. We bought some boxes from him IT WAS FULLY paid and now customers report us problems, what should we do now? BR JK |

As you can see GSMOK is still there and states as trustable resseller above Multi-com and Polphone. Same situation was in 2008 when I bought clips from them. There is also your statement which is quite important for this case now: quote: Buying Smart-Clips from official resellers ensures authenticity and quality support I understand that If I will go to gsmok.pl page and buy Smart-clip there you assure me that I will have QUALITY SERVICE and SUPPORT. Where is this service? You are lying on your official page? Let`s say I will go to polphone or multicom page and purchase from them - how can I be sure you are not going to lock the clips in few months? Resseller status and input in your official page should GIVE ME 100% trust. Please understand that by locking Smart-clips from GSMOK you are becoming NOT TRUSTABLE just like we (end ressellers) who trusted in input at your page. I hope you can fix that issue. P.S. Of corse I was contacting with Maciej from GSMOK and he dont reply to me in this case but I think it`s not suprise... |

I hope they pay their debts to suppliers, this situation is not good for their reputation and very bad for suppliers pockets. You get a better price for the product, faster and cheaper delivery, as well as appropriate aftersale support. Once, a seller discredited himself as a client of gsmserver, he violated our agreements with him, thus invalidated all liabilities assumed by us to him. He lost the support from our side, until he solves the issue that arose. Yet your relationship is unabated with him. Therefore, you can and even must direct to him all claims, and demand his appropriate action. |

He is buying the product by your resseller (trusted resseller which was on your page) Thus end customer should not be the one who suffer becouse you have bad finance relationship with your resseller. You should be trustable for end customer and fight with your ressellers using different method then LOCKING boxes. BR |

But suppliers could also release a bit and do not force sometimes minimum of qtys to xx price, nowadays the world is not like it was before, there are more dificulties and economy is always in rush in some places. So suppliers should think a litlle more in reality of nowadays. And review resellers status. BTW i hope you guys solve this matter with no further problems. Best Regards Karyn |
