Open YOUR EYES,..I have to open this thread ,.NOT U kid..

story :

I paid him 10 att,1 bougues, 1 SFR France

2 att and 1 bouygues already done.
and rest imei not done n not refund my money..

He promised 2-3 days att will done all,.but after a week only 2 imei att done
also he promised SFR france will done 3 days,.now already 22 days still not done,

after i deal with him to cancel rest att order, than i send imeis to my old supplier,.
all done with my supplier 24 hour not him,.but he told me, unlocked all by him,.n force me to pay.
do u think i am stupid will pay 8 imei att to 2 guys..

he also force me to give new att,than he will refund my money.how can i do that,.? be a good man,
fix problem than ask me order.

he always give me lier promises will refund my money since 04 july till now no refund.








I only receive refunding money,.not sending money.
i Have told him this before, but after this happen, he dont know ho to refund money in paypal.
i sent him tutorial how to refund in paypal too,.

you people are unbelieveable he wanted money i sent him money there shouldnt be any issue with that but if he asks only he needs refunding option then i work with EUROS cant have this much usd when i asked him to accept a new payment why he refunded me ? even after payment was done ? this is the question needed to answer sweetly

delay happens in this business its very very normal all knows that and with supplier and technicians its not an issue but i never tried to not be honest with any one im always honest VODAFONE u also worked with me for att unlocking u forgot i always delivered u on time but sometimes we all are helpless and 2nd point is i paid his money he refunded me back so why charge back ????????????? his aim is to have money so why this non sense of dispute and charging back ???????? can any reply me /?????

and he is only asking for refund because he dont trust you, if you refund his money then he will be in 100% peace of mind as there will be no option for you to make a paypal dispute but if you send money instead of refund then there still chances that you might open dispute after few days(you will never open dispute im sure )

Don't tell delay time,i know all proccess,and delay can be understood,.

Sir, please read our conversation,.i give him more time to refund,.but he always give lier promise with any reasons and curse me..
when already make dispute,.he just tell have problem not enough usd to refund,.

The lier reason too much,.how can i beleive him

he tell will refund when got money from his supplier,
he tell will refund get usd in his account,

n now he tell need to have usd or they will take 14 to 16 days if i refund u in euros
