i wrote many times to this guy to give refund for motorolacodes. he didnt answer. for me 200-250 euro is not big money but i hate to see that he still try to sell something on this forum. i know that he got his refund from andy like me. If he is a good guy he must prove this or just dont sell anything.
it is not my way to write bad things about a person but i gave him the chance and waited longer than 6 months.

yes sometimes hes a cheater definatley! not always but his service is so poor that sometimes this ammounts to cheating when he ignores you
he offers very bad service banned on other forums because of this.

Simon Burley used to run a very good service but it seems its gone down hill. I bought some items last year and they never arrived and although I paid extra to have them insured they said they didnt insure them and kept promising a refund but never got it from them I had to go to credit card company in the end to get my refund. This being said, as I remembered how good they used to be I tried them again this year. The first order was ok but after that, wrong items sent or items missing which never came. I just gave up trying to get refund or the missing items as decided I should have learned my lesson the first time. When I contacted Simon he told me he does have any dealings with that Side of the business anymore. I would definitely say BEWARE OF INFINITE REALITIES as the reality is they couldnt care less and couldnt tell the difference between a 3310 antenna and 3210 antenne even after 2 tries.

@Fatladz - Do i owe you anything ? Any goods or services that im supposed to of provided to you and you have not received ? If so then feel free to contact me and i will sort it out for you but as far as im aware there is nothing.

@Fu too - Yes we did have a problem with your order last year for which you received your money back. I apologise for this. But i cannot agree with your problem over the 3210 antenna. Unless im mistaken this is a 3210 antenna on the picture http://www.irwebonline.com/acatalog/nok3210-ariel.gif
Ive checked our stock allocation for this order and according to the computer a 3210 antenna was sent so unless a 3310 antenna was packed in error then you should have received one for a 3210. If this is not the case then please return the 3310 antenna and we will replace it for you straight away.

If anybody else has had a problem with our service then feel free to post here or email us and we will do our best to fix the problem for you straight away.

Now come on Simon, you know that I didnt get the refund from you as after 6 weeks of promising a refund and not getting it I went to credit card company and told then that you did not supply the goods and they withdrew the money back.
Yes I know the difference between 3210 antenna as thats what I wanted and besides getting the 3310 ones sent , after I complained i was told the 3210 would be sent again. These were not sent so after a week or so i ordered more things and asked that the 3210 be sent with that order. The order arrived with again 3310 antennas. Plus I was over charged on that order. I even spoke to you on msn and as usual the promises never materialised. Send me 3210 antenna now? a bit late now how long ago was it that this problem was dismissed by you? Why have you allowed your business and reputation to sink so low? you were one of the most trustable companies I had dealt with. What happend?

Come to think of it You obviously didnt look at the computer very well then. I believe the amount ordered was more than one although I must admit I have deleted the invoice from my pc now but i believe it was three or four

irweb has good range bit pricey for us good for retail though, you will always have problems with suppliers unfortunatly this is life

Thats why he sent me the 3310 then cos the 3210 must be water damaged. No wonder the excuses are a bit fishy.
