After 2 weeks I haven't received anything. After several messages, I got answer on Aug. 9th: 2007/8/9, www.GsmHardware.com <[email protected]>: Hello, first all sorry for delay, we was in holiday as we have informed all our customer by mail. se-tool is out of stock for moment. within max. 5 work days we have again our stock. we will send your order within 5 work days ( max. next week wednesday ) we will add to your order free gift for this delay. you will receive 1 pcs samsungclip ( all in one clip ) for free normal price of 75euro-, we hope to recover our delay with this small gift. your order will send by express traxity you will recieve within 2 a 3 days after our shipping. again sorry for delay your order was complete on our first holiday date. --------------------------------------- Today I received the goods finally after 8 weeks of waiting. The parcell was shipped on monday, after 10 days of their promised shipping date. They did't even send the gift as they prmised (that's sad because it's useless in my country). Member: 381247 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | alot of sellers have problems like this and sometimes it cant be helped.He applogised which is good but for sure after so long you should of received free shipping or something else.This is the only way to keep your customers in this competitive market. You should mail them anyway in my opinion rather than post on here.The guy has not cheated you after all my friend. |

If I would be aware that the SETool was out of stock and I have to wait 8 weeks due their holidays, I will never buy from them. But he said one of their reseller will ship my order after the payment was received so it was ok for me and I didn't cancel my order and buy from somewhere else... |

Member: 192540 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I think it is nothing to cry on, this can happen this is life, everything is not perfect and timed and its ur overexpectation if u expect the man to inform u before leaving on holiday (after all u are not his boss) nor u can expect him to finish his holidays just because of your one small order on which he may not be earning more then 10 -20 euro.. so it happens sometimes, relax he didnt run with ur money after all.. he apologised and send u goods.. Member: 50272 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 37 | we send to all customer 10 days before our holiday mail about our holiday dates.. anyway maybe he was not in my contact list this is why he dont receive. but we give alwasy option to pay money back inc. all his cost ( money transfer cost ) he choose to wait and he recieve order. anyway i hope to can make him happy with service in future. you dont pay only for goods what u recieve we offer also real service this u can learn when you have prob by unlocking-using etc. only from last 2-3 day we send up to 10 shipping for outside netherlands and all order was sended SAME DAY or next day. best regards Secgsm www.GsmHardware.com |
