Beware androidhawaii/phonlab.teachable.com is a Cheat!


Don't save your credit card details on file, they will steal from it. I signed up for Phonlab one year enrollment on November 10, 2016. On June 26, 2017 they again enrolled me in a monthly plan @ $39, from June to October and another Yearly plan @ $300 in November without my consent.

After i noticed this from my financial statement, they promised to pay back and up to present they are yet to pay!

Why can't you live up to your commitment? Last email from Phonlab concerning refund

According to our records you signed up for phonlab on 11-10-16 with yearly enrollment then on 6-26-17 you added monthly enrollment to your account and then on 11-15-17 your yearly enrollment renewed. see below.

basically you enrolled in both monthly and yearly. I will remove your Monthly subscription and refund those the 2 latest transactions. one at 300 and one at 39. I can't refund transactions over 2 months old. so what i will do is give you 4 months free starting now and then you can set up payments again once we are even. Hope this makes sense.

They are trusted, and it's probably your fault, maybe you have chosen yearly period at once while they have been charged automatically.

Trusted? Read the thread carefully brother for a better understanding of the facts. I did pay for yearly enrollment and in the middle of the year they enrolled me in monthly plan.

It's not my fault, they agreed to refund me when i notify them since hell was a pub! They took advantage of my credit card details that was save on file-unexpected repeated billing/Rogue automatic payment!

Actually we did take care of this your transaction was from when we first opened the school and you purchased and accepted auto renewal, you agreed to our school policy. We also never got an email at the school from you, so it certainly feels like your doing something dishonest here like chargebacks. I do not check this account often but you say we did not have your consent but at teachable you have to manually select auto pay which you did so your wrong there

I wrote you lots of emails concerning my refund which you consented in one to refund me! I have never done a charge-back as you are claiming. This is one of the transcript for your reminder:

If I did a charge-back, i will be here seeking redress from this forum moderators. You are hiding under the canopy of terms/agreement which is wrong for one fact, i will not pay whole subscription and again subscribe for monthly auto renewal without an elapse of the of the first subscription-it makes no sense.

From day one you have been a liar(iCloud Removal SCAM ), many students felt victim of it.

No Justice in this forum from Moderators, I was criminally billed(under quasi terms and agreement) @ Phonlab e-campus and luckily the owner of the site is a member of this forum.

At one point he consented paying back, after few days somersaulted on the matter in the name of terms and agreement.
