It looks like your goods are sent, but courier is part of maffia too. During September 2003 they used http://www.ultraspeedexpress.com/ which is now offline. It is, of course, possible for someone to fraudulently represent them, but that can and is be done with any company. They have been in spare parts business for over 5 years, and service for many more. They have xx employees, and xxxm2 of installations, anyone in Spain can confirm their seriousness. I started ordering from them in 1999, and have done many things together with them. You will not normally see me writing in this section, but Impextrom/Satvigo should not be present here. Every company can have a problem or delay due to a third party, the courier in this case probably. If you need to clarify anything, please contact me privately and I will talk to them. Yesterday we was informed by local police and our bank about the fact that one transfer in our account was made from one unauthorized account and like a fraud. I have noticed sales manager have an UK yahoo email account (yahoo.co.uk). this person should have an email account with their company's domain extension, like [email protected] Strange (e.g with john smith name) yahoo.co.uk email accounts are mostly used by Nigerian and %90 of Nigerian orders are high risk... we would expect they used [email protected] instead of yahoo.co.uk extension. We hope you can sort out this problem smoothly. |

Member: 16573 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | This is 100% fake, it is not writen by impextrom, and they have never used the address [email protected], it is a large company, and you should certainly ignore any email not sent from [email protected] or [email protected]. I have just talked to the owner of the company, and they have NEVER used that transport company. Alejandro Noqueira IS the sales manager, but he did NOT send you those e-mails, it's just an ordinary fraudster, it has apparently happened before! My company had xxxxx eur movements of sales/purchases with impextrom in 2003 fiscal year. They are one of the few serious companies in this sector! Regards, Jan Farrell |

Except rupture of stock everything works well, prices, delivery, honestly. They have a lot of stck and very good prices for their old *******rs like me. So...........Long life to Impextrom. B.R. |

Member: 1147852 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 587 | I bought from them many times the truth is that they started good with me but after the fifth order they started sending me wrong orders if something is missed in stock they just send me the package without awarning me. in my last two orders one bad samsung i5700 touchscreen (not working) and a bad alcatel ot808 display (very short flex) ,to be honest i posted from website a request of sending them back to impextrom and my request has been accepted. So we can say that till now they have made angry some of my customers and myself. but not a big deal. I can go for calling it Trusted comapny . PS: they don t renew stock at all , waiting for some items long time and never brought them till now. BIBI |
