Impextrom in Spain is maffia


Hai,

Don't buy from Impextrom in Vigo Spain.
This is a big maffia company with a real looking website + courier company.
It looks like your goods are sent, but courier is part of maffia too.
During September 2003 they used http://www.ultraspeedexpress.com/ which is now offline.

We got also some problems last year with someone who claimed to work for this company, but in fact they stoled some of the company papers and stamp (he cheated us with xxxxx usd) .After 1 year of investigation, police answered us : "Impextrom is honest company in spain".
Contact me by ICQ , maybe we know different things about this subject.

Hello, I can personally vouch for this company, it is one of the few serious ones in the sector. It is, of course, possible for someone to fraudulently represent them, but that can and is be done with any company. They have been in spare parts business for over 5 years, and service for many more. They have xx employees, and xxxm2 of installations, anyone in Spain can confirm their seriousness. I started ordering from them in 1999, and have done many things together with them. You will not normally see me writing in this section, but Impextrom/Satvigo should not be present here. Every company can have a problem or delay due to a third party, the courier in this case probably. If you need to clarify anything, please contact me privately and I will talk to them.

trus people, we make negocios varios with them 250€ per week without problems. We live Portugal. 110% honest people (company)

i´m only bean sheted by unlockeasy spain in one key for allkatel tool never work and i´m lost 180€.

Don't make you any problems about the shipping because your package will be delivered.

Last week and this week we have received many transfers in our bank account. Yesterday we was informed by local police and our bank about the fact that one transfer in our account was made from one unauthorized account and like a fraud. This mean that one of our customers make the transfer in our bank account from one unauthorized account (maybe stolen, I don't know exactly).

Now our bank account is temporaly blocked till the problem is solved and we will find out who is this customer. Till then for our insurance we request from Ultraspeed to putting ON HOLD all shippings for all customers which pay us through bank account.

I am very sure that you are very serious person and also I am very sure that you aren't the wanted customer. The bank confirm us today that they will solve the problem in only few days and after that we will release a! ll shippings for our honest customers like you.

Sorry for the inconnvenience and as soon the problem will be solved, your shipping will be released again and you will receive your phones in maximum 48 hours.

1. If you bank knows that there is an unauthorized transfer, why don't they know the name of the company who has made this transfer?
- We ask our bank about that unauthorized transfer but they don't want to give us any informations till the problem isn't solved. The say that the police ask they that.
2. Why is your account blocked and not only that transfer?
- Once they will block only this transfer, we will know which is the unauthorized transfer and they don't want that for the moment. They say that the sender fraud account was used for one international fraud.
3. Why didn't you tell me first about this problem, before you put the shipment on Hold.
- Our intention was to contact you today and explain you the situation because yesterday and tomorrow morning we was busy with this bank problem.
4. You know that my transfer is ok because I sent you a copy of my bank-statement, so why put my shipment on hold.
- We have the scanned bank transfers from all our customers but we don't have any warranty that they are for real the owners for their accounts. I am sure that you aren't that person but we must solve this problem first.
5. Please give me contact-person and telephonenumber of your bank
- I already give you 2 numbers from our bank but because you say that they can't be contacted in this numbers I will try to give you other numbers from our bank.

Sorry for this inconnvenience.
We can't release any shippment till the problem isn't solved and I will ask they to return you the funds if you can't agree with this situation. I will contact our bank and I will request to return you the funds if you will ask me that.

Confirm us your decision.

Why don't you publish email headers here ?
we can track and see where this email was sent (from which email server).

I have noticed sales manager have an UK yahoo email account (yahoo.co.uk).
this person should have an email account with their company's domain extension, like [email protected]

Strange (e.g with john smith name) yahoo.co.uk email accounts are mostly used by Nigerian and %90 of Nigerian orders are high risk...
we would expect they used [email protected] instead of yahoo.co.uk extension.

We hope you can sort out this problem smoothly.

This is 100% fake, it is not writen by impextrom, and they have never used the address [email protected], it is a large company, and you should certainly ignore any email not sent from [email protected] or [email protected]. I have just talked to the owner of the company, and they have NEVER used that transport company. Alejandro Noqueira IS the sales manager, but he did NOT send you those e-mails, it's just an ordinary fraudster, it has apparently happened before! My company had xxxxx eur movements of sales/purchases with impextrom in 2003 fiscal year. They are one of the few serious companies in this sector!

What i can say about Impextrom is they are very professional and serious.
ai´m client from Impex since 1999 and untill today i have made deals in value of thousands of €. Except rupture of stock everything works well, prices, delivery, honestly.
They have a lot of stck and very good prices for their old *******rs like me.
So...........Long life to Impextrom.

From february 2004 20 e-mails and no anser from you I contacto mr.ALLKatell but not anser.
I give to you the hardware finger-print you give me the key, but when i put the key software say Program has been Damaged Possibly a bad sector of the hard drive or virus. and program never work.

I bought from them many times the truth is that they started good with me but after the fifth order they started sending me wrong orders if something is missed in stock they just send me the package without awarning me.
in my last two orders one bad samsung i5700 touchscreen (not working) and a bad alcatel ot808 display (very short flex) ,to be honest i posted from website a request of sending them back to impextrom and my request has been accepted. So we can say that till now they have made angry some of my customers and myself. but not a big deal.
I can go for calling it Trusted comapny .

PS: they don t renew stock at all , waiting for some items long time and never brought them till now.
