Beware cheater REN77, cheater Gobi and Narry

I have bought tornado sim, i have shipped those goods to one italian customer, when i start post my problem in their support forum, they deleted my post.

about sims

i am not team of any sim, i am simple reseller of every available sim what my customers ask me for. So i am sell alpha-xsim, turbo sim, uni sim, and tornado sim as well.

so all what i need is a normal explanation which i can give to my customers when it will work or not work or whatever, but i can not accept they deleting my posts

mr raskal not only you has been cheated from this man, he didnt give any customer support when any customer ask him about any proplem in tornado sim he told him contact your resseller anf if you post in the section he delete the post or edit it

About the tornado sim update, problems happen on some countries and work is ongoing... it’s just that it takes time to work it out and accomplish for we are not from Italy or Portugal or wherever that can visualize and resolve the problem on real time.


And about the thread topic, it roots from an imbecilic "OLD STORY” about business rivalry repeating again and again.

Dear, Ren77 first of all, becarefull with your words. Second i bought X-sim, Alpha-sim, and whatever i want too. You as product support just need to give SUPPORT. A deal you and your crew were not capaple in solving don´t have todo with this new product i bought.Third, i didn´t say your material didn´t work that time, i say your staff or your company, just quit when have a problem thats what i say. I say i make an order and came all mixed up and you know what i am talking about. I was not complaining bout functionality of that products. I don´t need to buy directly from you. You have many resellers as you know, or you are not capable of being responsable on what you sell or what you put in the market, don´t you give support? aren´t you a product supporter?? You always get off topic . Tornado sim is not working well, if you see my posts bout Tsim, i am just looking for help and solutions for the problem. thing you cannot deal with, you just know how to be unpolite, and unprofessional, with custommers. Please read first ,write after. pay attention on your customers doubts and problems, don´t always make a thread a war. I know its more easier to you and your staff making a war(maybe its beautifull for you), but i say its bad for your reputation. and not fair enough of your part. not for me but for all customers that´s looking for a good answer or a quite good solution.

P.S. When you ask me if i am not afraid of being cheated again, are you saying your products are cheat? I never thought that about your products as i said above. So becarefull on your words honey.

My friend, can you tell me something?
There are many other customers who have same problem like you had, need to return back not working sim to this team. Can you help them? Can you tell more details about this 'sattle down offer' from this team?
