I have told this guy my client was sensitive about date. and confirmed max 7 days several times because his service is 1-3 days at that time. He confirmed then I sent bulk orders. Otherwise I wont cooperate with him if he didnt confirm days. What's more, he said Monday clear in Aug 31st(Sunday), and he didnt do per his promised and clear on Aug 25th order ,I waited to Monday then he didnt still clear then I tested in 7th days and no IMEIs were done.then my clients have confirmed that and very angry to submmit to other source for unlock because of delay. I refund to my client per my promise. All above I have told him on time. After 12 days, he clear my Aug 25th orders Suddenly on Sep 5th and marked lots of IMEIS unlocked by him. I will sue him by my lawyer. This guy isnot trustable. |

I test all IMEI,and told hime result each imei,then I refund to my clients. at that timemy account is :locked a mount :$9415.5+ available balance $6542.24-unpaid $10000=$5957.7 |

Right now you put other source unlocked result as yours after so many days. It will be really cheating! |

If he wasn't sure about the timing, instead of accepting the deal was better refuse and ask to give the imei someone else. Before accepting 1K+ imei as bulk deal is always better check twice with the own source so you are covered too in the case the things go wrong as happened here. At the actual stage the customer gave back the phones as the end user (wholesaler) wanted them back so he lost his money? What about a different source who was able to do the job in the agreed time? He got the job taken away by someone stating the wrong delivery timing. I don't call this cheating but being so easy going in a big deal as this one may be, as just happened here, reason of a big lost for the customer Is not nice gamble with other people money and afterward, if anything goes wrong, shielding behind a "the source is late" BR Alex |
