BEWARE GSM GENIE SCRIPT SERVER and GSM GENIE Support


I was have DHRU Fusion Script and i transfert to GENIE FUSION Script for better support.
After 2 month working with this script i start to get big problem with API.

- API don't send orders
- API don't return orders

And now

- API send in double orders and make me lost big money. So i desactivate and process manualy now....

After contacting support team and 1 guy specialy by Skype " Hammad"

He tell me only me i have this problem. How i can be alone if i did all that they want : bluehost / payement / all access...?

after some hours he told me he updates codes and was database problem disconnect by itself...
for me how it can desactivated alone????...;

Anyway we activate API's again and now and after 2 days again same doubled orders going to suppliers.

And now no more answer from support team or specialy Hammad...


So now all what i need it's to stop with this script and change with another better and more powerfull....

So please keep in mind all is paid and we lost big money with this problem.

So to all people need to chnage for Genie Wait for the moment....

Hi,

Same problem I am having, I have contacted Hammad about this and I am waiting for a response.

Well,did you understand that a big team behind this script? lol
support ,sale etc doing just 1 guy called hammad
i had some problem with this script few month ago ,seems it was useless for me
its strange,clamming a professional script which no have any user manual,online support etc

I have been using he script for a long time now without issues......and Even I get support too........

If you need to solve your issues you can raise tickets on his website......it will surely be solved.

Glitches happens in all other scripts. But it could be perfect by having a constant communication with the Support Team.

Things you need to know to get a good support:
  • Send a ticket for every minor problem you had.
  • Support Team is not working only for you.
  • Delays may happen anytime. So, be patient.
  • You can’t be rude while you don’t get their response.

In my own opinion, Genie Support Team (specially Hammad) is very professional to deal with.

I (rprosperojr) was once had a problem with Genie, but now, I consider myself as one of the satisfied Genie users.

It's not about one guy or 100.....He is always helpful....all you need to have is a good communication and patience......if the script was so bad then everyday customer count would not have been growing.....
