beware of kalpesh varia cheater

Hi all gsm users,i deposited rs5500 in kalpesh varia ultimate gsm a/c for z3x sam,spd pin finder for spider & some cables, on 2nd november till now he didn't send courier.i m calling him again & again now he says ur previous balance is standing of may2011.i said ok may be i buy some credits online so no problem.he said no sir ur last z3x,spiderman,ufs,cables,credits mxkey, payement rs9450 is balance.i said no sir i deposited ur payement then u send the courier.but the problem is i always deposit cash i don't have a/c in icici bank,so after 5 months where i find the slip of that payement,in between may to november where were u.u didn't call me,mail me, if u told me that time then i can check it, now its too late to check it.and other thing too many times i buy material from u.always u send courier after recieving money,that time kalpesh was not there,somebody else was there i asked him did u got transfer of money he said yes then he send courier.now he is saying i checked a/c statement there is no receving of payement,what can i do now, ye toh direct chuna lagne wali baat hai ke main dubara payement dalu to,to aise bande se maal nahi lena chahiye
Now plz tell me gsm users how can we buy material from this like of frod person,other person 'umesh pitroda'gsmgujarat.com, i did too much business with him also but there was no problem like this.
gsm users don't buy material from him if u buy transfer online or by cash u have to keep slip with u forever otherwise after waking up he will say ur previous balance is pending.
I can't understand he is running a big business,what kind of staff he have who r not closing stocks balancesmcredits clearings in the end of the month.
Now this time he is not picking my phone also. Last time when he picked he said i m too busy,i will think about it and call u,but no call from his side,no reply on yahoo messenger also.
Between may to november i didn't ordered him anything but he have my mob no he can call me for previous balance,but now which material i ordered he us not sending to me.

abhi is a good friend of mine..what he is saying is 100% right...people like kalpesh always do these type of frauds....pehle achi dealing karke apna trust bana lete hai..baad mein apne asli rang dikhate hai....so how we cant trust on such links give on our forum....we want kalpesh to refund all the money given by abhi...else give him the boxes and cables which was ordered by abhi..otherwise we have to take action against him...it is a cleay cyber crime case..

read properly there what i posted there in my first post.
i have written the amount which i pay to u.
u say about credits ,so everybody takes these credits online and pay afterwords.the material u said here is ok i buy from u.but i paid u

mr kalpesh varia after 5 months u r telling me that my previous balance is pending of rs9340/-
in these 5 months where were u.rs5500 is not a big thing for me also.
problem is now i can't do anything if u not got the payment in ur a/c,that time ur staff said payment recieved ok.
other thing always i deposit the payment then u forward parcel.
that time how could u do that
in this forum everybody knows no reseller send material before apyment, when payment recieved then u all send material.online credits we can take bcz it is not a big amt.

so plz all gsm users tell me how can i search that deposit slip of may 2011
now its november 2011.
mr kalpesh if call me single time after 1 month also then also i can do something that why payment is not transfered no its too late.

for rs 5500/- no problem keep it with u.
but ur too many fair customers will be gone like this.
Fault was of ur staff,i told u that u was not there,may be ur brother or any body else picked ur phone u was out of station.i said payment receved or not
ur staff said recieved ok.then they send me the parcel.
so don't tell me ur things which send.
before u was not answering to my phone,then u was not replying on forum.then u think.what to do u have to commit that it is ur mistake.
