already opened a dispute Paypal but still not solved,i think this time paypal is on his side even i explained them that this guy do not unlock the iPhones as he promises but since on May 12 he holds my money

Finally PayPal decided to protect him,the cheater and held my money and i lost but no problem i am at least happy that i did not loose big amount and did not give him lot of IMEIS
